Matina Hatzipavlou is HR Director at Microsoft, responsible for Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

She has over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management, having also worked invarious sectors and companies such as Lavipharm SA and ICAP – Watson Wyatt.

She first joined Microsoft Hellas in 2005, as an HR Business Partner and assumed her current position in 2011, holding a broad range of responsibilities among which are, leadership effectiveness, business & cultural transformation, talent management as well as people strategy implementation across all business segments and disciplines of the company.

Matina holds a degree in Political Science and International Studies from the Panteion University as well as a Masters’ Degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University, UK.
